"Absolutely fantastic organisation, comms Pickup spot on friendly driver lovely coach for 16 of us. Fast to airport then on the way back the same. Thanks very much for a stress free journey for out stag. Would recommend very highly"

"The journey there was good drive was on time coach was clean unfortunately when we was ready for coming back there was no coach there drive so we was waiting in freezing cold weather and it’s was raining waited for 45 minutes before it arrived would of been ok if drive would of rang an told us we then could of waited inside as once we came out was not allowed to go back inside"

"Avoid this Company at all costs - Paid up front for a a journey to the airport and pick up on return On arrival at Manchester Airport rang to say had landed, told would see where the driver was. No call back so called again. Told driver was delayed due to some sort of problem on the motorway. Was then sent a text with drivers name and number, I replied asking for vehicle details etc so we could look out for him, no reply - This was because at this point no driver had been assigned to pick us up, as when the driver did arrive he admitted he had only had a call shortly before to come and get us!!!! He did not work for Bestway Minibuses.................... As we were loading our luggage in, it became apparent the mini bus would not seat 19 people, of which I had paid up front for - There were only 16 seats!!!! Had to get a separate taxi for the 3 ladies stranded at a cost of £75.00!!! Spoke to Bestway the day after and couldn't care less, would NOT recommend this Company. Disgraceful Service"

"We weren’t given the coach I thought I had booked. I was under the impression that the coach would have a toilet and a few extra seats which it did not."
