"Both drivers i have had so far while hiring Barnes coaches have been called Charlie and Simon, They have been so polite and helpfull ,they have been on time and made everyone feel comfortable and safe on there days out, The coaches have been very clean and tidy, the drivers are dressed smart and give very clear safety instructions about the seat belts and emergency escape routes, They also give clear instructions to all the paaengers about pick-up and drop-off points, The drivers have also both driven very safely and smoothely, I would definatley recommend Barnes coaches and look forward to many more days out with them.."

"Had a great trip to and from London on the 19 seater luxury mini bus unfortunately the overhead fans were not working and it very hot on the bus but the driver replaced the fuse and all was well. Would use Barnes in the future."

Our driver, Danny was very prompt, immaculately dressed, friendly and very helpful. The coach was very clean, comfortable and the air conditioning was great on such a hot day."

"I booked a coach to take our sixth form from their Leaver’s Ball to the after party. Despite some misgivings over the final destination (very rural), the company negotiated an acceptable drop off point with me, were early for pick up, the driver Tim was fantastic (helped to load luggage, friendly, very tolerant of the fact that some of the students were rowdy and a little worse for wear). I could not be happier with the service, and am very grateful for the professionalism and understanding I met in all of my dealings with Barnes. Brilliant."

"We had two drivers as it was a long journey that we'd booked a 19 seat coach for. Both drivers were very friendly and courteous, and were happy to stop for comfort breaks when we asked them to. The coach was very nice; really clean when we got on-board, and having a DVD player and screen for everyone to watch, plus USB charging points at every seat, were really beneficial. Overall, a very good experience. Thank you!"
