"The bus was clean and comfortable, the driver courteous and helpful. The trip had two pick-up points and the driver went to the wrong one first which caused a bit of confusion and an element of concern in that the destination arrival time was critical. The driver readily accepted it was his error when he looked back on the booking and things worked out; shame about this as the only issue but was impressed with the way the driver handled the issue so would definitely use the company again."
