"Driver was great except he was told we only booked for 16 people and therefore there was no space for luggage. We actually booked for 22 people and 22 bags - it wasn't a problem but we had to have our suitcases on our laps/in the aisle which wasn't ideal"

"I had made the reservations for my colleagues who were travelling with 16 students. The reservation was made for 10,15 at Gatwick and we were given the number for the driver. The system was obviously new to the driver since the bus arrived only at 11.30. We know how you have to notify the driver and the Gatwick personnel for the permit to allow them come to pick-up point. Then the driver didn't have a navigator and had to stop on the way to make sure of the directions. Then in Cheltenham without the navigator the bus was meandering aound the city so that one of the students threw up. The driver was nice but not knowledgeable enough to hold the position."

"Brilliant, can’t fault anything! We were a bit nervous, never having ordered a coach before, but the coach turned up over 20 minutes early. The driver Osman was polite and friendly, and he drove carefully. He was waiting to pick us up where we agreed and we had a good journey back home. We were a bit noisy but Osman never complained! Can highly recommend and will def use again. Thank you!"
