"It was a pleasant journey from Luton to London stansted airport. The driver was on time we were travelling in a big group of 17 people. The driver communicated with me right until we met which was reassuring. All passengers were accommodated and made to feel comfortable. The vehicle was also clean and looked modern we loved the lights whilst travelling at night. For the pick up had no issues either we had a different driver had to wait for him but we didn’t mind. Thoroughly happy with the service would recommend to anyone looking to travel amongst family and friends."

"The booking was for pick up on day 1 and return on day 8. There was a slight delay on pick up where passengers were left waiting for approx 20 mins for the minibus to arrive - to be fair there were air traffic delays of over an hour so the delay in itself could have led to some confusion for the driving company. The return journey was excellent and punctual. The service was great both ways and a couple of days before receiving the service the company made contact with me to confirm the pick up date and time. This kind of treatment put my mind at rest that the company was on top of things and knowledgeable about the booking. The driver was well presented and very cordial. As regards to the vehicle it was clean on the two journeys; from the feedback that i received despite being advertised with WiFi, the students claimed that WiFi service was not available on both ways; this however was not of a great deal. The best thing is that the students had a great and safe journey. I recommend Sarwer Travel Ltd."

"The vehicle wasn’t the one I requested, the door had to be tied on as it wouldn’t shut properly, the driver was quite rude and we ended up having a different minibus for the journey home"

"The vehicle we sent was Mercedes new one executive. They drink in vehicle and it was spillaged everywhere in the vehicle I asked for the money because we have to take before the journey starts but they did not pay me. They played the music via Bluetooth and enjoyed on leather seats with party lightening inside. At the end of journey they gave me money but when I counted it was less as we agreed. I could not send this vehicle because it was completely ruined by them and I found no one to clean it up because all the jet washed was closed in the evening. Then I sent another Mercedes vip vehicle for them but the driver told that they came out after one hour their and they also ruined his vehicle and he has to clean it up because he has to pick up other customer. He was also worried about their behaviour"

"The morning driver got late to the church. Used an old GPS navigation. I had to use my phone and direct the driver. vehicle was clean. on return one passenger has left his car keys on the coach. Driver tried to blackmail him. To pay £80 to return them. He got a uber to Luton. Not helpful."

"Sorry to hear about the morning driver used old nav he is on holidays when he come back we will make an enquiry. I asked the evening driver about £80 he told me that when he came back to the base which is far away from the place and one person phoned him that he left his car keys in the vehicle he could not go back because he has finished his shift and he asked the taxi driver for the price to deliver the keys and he told him the price that is why he told them the car keys can be delivered by paying to taxi driver because the taxi can not deliver the car keys free of charge about 27 miles. In the Sunday morning I also phoned him that That we can arrange delivery the car key for the price £40 the taxi company given to us (the price was less as compare to night time because of the day time) or otherwise you collect it at anytime. We tried our best to resolve the issue. We explained the situation We are sorry for any inconvenience ."
