"26th May Preen Manor and Morville Hall. We had a very good day out with our gardening club. The driver was challenged by narrow lanes and difficult parking and turning. However he was most skilful and we had a very comfortable journey. He was also most helpful transporting the plants we had purchased so they didn't get damaged. He was punctual and looked smart. Altogether the high standards we expect from Johnsons."

"February 29th 2016. Wollerton Old Hall Gardens. Our gardening club had a very good journey arriving punctually at our destination. He was very helpful loading and storing our plant purchases and ensured we were safe getting on and off the coach. A very comfortable journey as we have come to expect from Johnsons."

"26th May Preen Manor and Morville Hall The journey was excellent and the driver managed very well with long narrow lanes and difficulties when turning round when our gardening club visited two gardens in Shropshire. He was prompt, punctual patient and courteous. A pleasure to be driven by him."

"June 1st Daylesford and Chastleton. We had the benefit of 2 drivers. The coach arrived early as requested to avoid congestion, There were a couple of problems with parking at the two venues but they were dealt with sensibly and without fuss. The experience lived up to our high expectations and experience of Johnsons'."

"The last time we hired your coach going to Millets Farm in Oxford last August 2015, our group (Word International Ministries) had a very positive experience. Our journey has been really enjoyable, the coach was nice, clean and comfortable. Our driver was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and most importantly, his driving was very safe. Many thanks to Johnson's Coach for a wonderful customer service."

"Very comfortable coach--courteous and professional driver.---good hotel (see ibis Earl's Court review) The organisation was very good and the theatre seats were excellent. After the matinee show we rushed to get on the coach--If it had been possible it would have been good to stop at London Gateway for toilet and a cup of tea.I understand about drivers hours."

" This was the 'perfect' tour of inspirational gardens in North Wales. The scenery was stunning and the Merrion Hotel was impressive - ideal location, clean and comfortable room, excellent food and friendly and efficient service. Steve was such a competent and safe driver as well as having a great sense of humour!! Pam was so attentive, friendly and caring. They made our visit to Wales perfect. They undoubtedly love their work and are an asset to Johnsons.I'd have no hesitationin travelling with Johnsons in the future."

"A pity a 45 minute flight from Birmingham to the Isle of Man needs a 2 hour check-in time when the formalities were completed in only a few minutes. Still, not Johnson's fault. We were met at Ronaldsway by the local coach and David, our driver for the week, who was a mine of information about everything Manx. We were soon at the 4* Sefton Hotel, centrally situated on the front at Douglas but, sadly, there had been a mix up over our arrival time so most of our rooms weren't ready until after 3.00 pm. We were asked to wait in the adjacent café lounge where they served tea and coffee at our own expense. It would have been a nice touch if either Johnsons or the hotel had arranged to provide it. The hotel strangely didn't have a porter in the daytime so when at last our room was ready, we collected our own luggage rather than waiting even longer. Our room was very good, nicely furnished and clean, with a balcony overlooking an indoor garden Atrium. The only things lacking was air conditioning, as there was no means of letting in fresh air direct from outside, and the fact that the room was never serviced until mid-afternoon. But the real let down at The Sefton was the food. It claimed an award winning restaurant but our dinner each night was all buffet style with very limited choice. The starter was either soup or the cold table which was nicely presented but substantially the same every night. The main course was mainly carvery but only two choices such as beef or pork, lamb or fish and chips, chicken curry or gammon, turkey or lasagne, pork or beef stroganoff etc. It was nicely cooked but rather more akin to pub food rather than that of a two rosette establishment. The desserts were good and more varied (but nothing hot on offer) although again self service as, indeed, on most evenings was the coffee. Breakfasts were okay but not outstanding and certainly not 'award winning.' The various excursions with David were very good and his extensive knowledge really made the holiday. Despite one drizzly day and a cold wind throughout, they gave us a very good impression of what the the IoM has to offer including a tour (in the coach!) of the 30 odd mile TT circuit. Other highlights were the steam train ride to Port Erin and the tram up Snaefell. The shortcomings of the hotel did detract a little but it was still a very enjoyable holiday overall and one we were glad we went on."

"A large group of Baddesley Clinton volunteers went to Lyme Park, Cheshire on Tuesday,7th July. I must complement our coach driver Rob. He was polite, had a sense of humour and was a competent and safe driver. He is an asset to Johnsons Coaches. "
