A family company, started in 1983 and formerly known as West London Travel, we provide luxury transport at a competitive price.
We pride ourselves on service and this includes:

-Our great customer service, providing driver details at least a day prior to
-No deposit required, full payment is due seven days prior to travel

"Journey was smooth and coach comfortable. Coach also very clean. Driver was okay but parked 30 mins away from the agreed pickup location which was frustrating."

"Journey from London to Southend then return trip from Southend on sea to London 6 days later. The journey was comfortable for us all. The driver was welcoming and very helpful. The driver was well presented, couch was very clean. Enjoyed and will use again. Thank you very much. It helped to make our family hoilday stress free."

"our driver William was so nice and helpful during the day. the journey was smooth, the coach was clean and he was so nice to speak to and helped us out greatly. he was so nice to deal with and all the passengers on the coach wanted me to extend my thanks to William as he was truly great and kind to all of us and was a highlight for the trip for us. Thank you!"

"Really great service from both drivers. Martyn collected us at 07.00 on the Friday and got our group of 23 to Stansted Airport in plenty of time for our stag trip to Prague. Billy collected us from Stansted at midnight Sunday and despite the numerous road closures on the M25, got us safely back in good speed. Both drivers kept regular contact with me via text and there were no issues in finding the coach at the airport on our return. I would happily recommend Ambassador’s services for your coach requirements."

"Our journey to West Wittering with William was very smooth and we were very happy with it. William was very warm, friendly and helpful throughout the journey. The vehicle was very clean and comfortable. We were very happy with the service and enjoyed our journey. I would definitely recommend Ambassador Line coaches."

"We had an excellent journey with Ambassador Line. Our driver, David, was incredibly friendly and helpful - he arrived in plenty of time and put up very well with a bus full of children! Would happily book again."

"Despite a last minute change of plans due to the weather, John our driver and Ambassador made sure we still had a great afternoon out by allowing us to “tour the chilterns” instead of heading to Hampshire. Great service and would book again!"

"The coach was about 1hr late to pick us up which was not satisfactory as I specifically stated when booking that I would like the coach to be punctual. The company did call to notify me that the driver will be late. If the lateness was like 5 or 10 minutes it would have been fine but 1hr was too much. The driver was on time for the return journey which was nice."
