"The journey was brilliant, Angela was a lovely driver, really friendly and a pleasure to have as our driver for the coach. She was chatty and made us feel welcomed and comfortable immediately. She is an excellent driver, we were comfortable, felt safe and the ride itself was really smooth. The vehicle was very clean, comfortable and tidy. We really enjoyed the journey, and will really recommend your company, and especially Angela to friends and family."

"Brilliantly. All ran to time, driver early noting heavy traffic and although we weren't able to leave any earlier still a good run. Had an issue with two of the seat belts which the driver was able to sort. Driver was really lovely and helpful as he's been to our location before. Journey back was a little more pressured as we had to make it back before the school shut but he worked hard to carve through the traffic and avoided a number of idiots on the M25! The admin, was also excellent and communication worked highly efficiently."

The whole day ran perfectly on time, he was in contact with us throughout the evening, and flexible with our timings. He even went out of his way to give us a short tour of London. "Stewart our driver was such a lovely friendly driver. Arrived on time and explained the route he was taking to get us to the O2. The coach was lovely clean and tidy and the perfect size for our group . It had party effect lighting so got us all in the party spirit. Thank you Ambassador (and Stewart) we will definitely book again for our next big day or night out!"
